At feltcraftz, we take great care in crafting and delivering our dried flower arrangements with love and attention. Due to the delicate nature of our products, we have specific guidelines for refunds and returns.
Our refund and return policy lasts 7 days from the date of delivery. If more than 7 days have passed, we regret that we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, the item must:

✔️ Be in its original packaging
Non-Returnable Items
Due to the fragile and perishable nature of dried flowers, we do not accept returns for:
- Customized or made-to-order floral arrangements
- Used or altered products
- Sale items or discounted products
- Gift cards
Refunds
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us at [email protected] within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the issue. Once approved, we will offer:
- A replacement of the same product (if available)
- A partial refund if minor damages have occurred
- A full refund if the product is severely damaged and cannot be replaced
Once your refund is processed, the amount will be credited to your original payment method within a few business days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet:
- Check your bank account again.
- Contact your credit card company, as processing times may vary.
- Contact your bank, as refunds may take time to be posted.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are damaged upon arrival. If you need an exchange, please email us at [email protected] with photos of the damaged product.
Shipping Returns
Since dried flowers are fragile, we do not accept general returns unless the item is defective or damaged upon arrival. If a return is approved:
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service for safe delivery.
